Ricardo is an Attorney-at-Law who practices primarily in the areas of Probate and Estate Planning, Divorce and General Family Law, Property Law Litigation and Civil Litigation at Blair Foreman & Co. He has been admitted to practice in the Barbados and also in Jamaica in 2005.
Ricardo’s education is diverse, profound and impressive. He graduated from the University of the West Indies having obtained a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and International Relations and Bachelor of Laws Degree with Honors. Ricardo was the recipient of the Humphrey Fulbright Fellowship in Juvenile Law and Child Rights. He obtained from the University of Minnesota Law School, a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Rights Law with emphasis on Child Rights, Children in conflict with the Law and Juvenile Law.
Ricardo commenced his Legal career in Jamaica as a Clerk of Court or Junior Prosecutor. He thereafter worked as a Legal Officer at the Child Development Agency where he obtained a significant amount of experience in Adoption Law, Child Care and Juvenile Law and General Family Law.
